Nowhere is this transformation more apparent than downtown, where life science labs and tech hubs occupy former tobacco warehouses and textile mills. Welcome by Brenda Howerton, Durham County Commission Chair & Mark Anthony Middleton, City of Durham Mayor Pro Tempore and Overview of the Golden Belt Redevelopment—Justin Sacco, Vice President, Portfolio Asset Manager for LRC Properties.

Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather, as the tour includes walking. Following the lunch presentation, buses will depart from and return to the American Tobacco Campus.
