Middleton On Main (Columbia, SC) – Located on the 1600 Block of Main Street in downtown Columbia, Middleton on Main continues the rehabilitation efforts that have been undertaken in this area for the past several years. Adapting three of Columbia’s oldest buildings, restoring their 19th Century facades, Middleton on Main will include a restaurant, brewery, and speakeasy, with apartments above.
Boxyard RTP (Durham, NC) – Comprised of 40 repurposed shipping containers, Boxyard RTP is on the only site in RTP that has separate zoning from the Science Research Park that allows for public retail. In addition to the containers, Boxyard RTP will feature a 2nd level with 7,500 SF of decking, seating for over 300, a double-sided shipping container stage inclusive of a speaker system, 9 F&B vendors, 5 retailers, 1 rotating pop up, and a dedicated stop for GoTriangle lyft/uber free ride program (last mile solution in RTP).
Panorama Tower (Charlotte, NC) – Offering panoramic views spanning from Ballantyne Country Club to Uptown Charlotte, Panorama Tower includes approximately 100,000 square feet of Class A office space, above a 186-room AC Hotel by Marriott.
