How do we build a thriving community? By envisioning the future we want. We begin by studying the values and assumptions made that currently comprise our infrastructure models. Both business models and public policies have led to the creation of plans and codes that are based on outdated and historic projections – projections that have and continue to enforce the status quo. In order to meet the growing needs of both today and tomorrow, we need to envision new, more sustainable models surrounding infrastructure, while also questioning our underlying assumptions.
