With over 30 years of experience, he has worked on bus rapid transit, light rail and passenger rail projects. Whether on a congested arterial or expressways, he understands how to practically fit transit service within restricted right-of-ways while balancing congestion relief, accessibility, transit speeds, TOD and community desires. He is especially adept at working closely with stakeholders and City leadership to identify solutions that satisfy multiple perspectives. He is attuned to the needs of ADA, bicyclist and shared mobility needs in a corridor.
