Meeting Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation of a meeting registration does not constitute cancellation of a hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately. Verbal requests for refunds will not be accepted; all requests for refunds must be made in writing to: [email protected]. Written cancellation and refund requests received by ULI ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 31, 2023: FULL REFUND MINUS A $50 PROCESSING FEE. Written cancellation and refund requests received by ULI AFTER JANUARY 31, 2023: NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. Registrations may be transferred to another individual; $50 processing fee will be charged. The new registrant will be responsible for the processing fee as well as the difference in registration fees if applicable. Requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. Optional ticketed events will be refunded at 100% if you cancel in writing NO LATER THAN ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE EVENT. Registration fees cannot be applied to another ULI Event. Refund requests received after the deadline will not be honored.

Conference Etiquette
The Urban Land Institute is honored to provide a safe environment for the professionals in the real estate industry to come together, connect, engage, and learn. By registering to attend ULI events, attendees agree to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy, and respect for others; support a harassment-free event experience for everyone by maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all programs and events; support and will foster a welcoming, safe experience for all attendees and staff.

ULI is dedicated to a harassment-free experience for all meeting participants regardless of age, culture, disability, ethnicity, race, religion/spirituality, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, marital/partnership status, language preference, socioeconomic status, immigration status or any basis proscribed by law. ULI expects all meeting participants to treat other participants with respect and behave with the high degree of integrity expected of the real estate industry profession. ULI does not tolerate harassment of conference participants, speakers, volunteers, partners, vendors, sponsors, staff, or others in any form. ULI will review and respond to any reports of harassment. Participants violating these expectations may be asked to leave the event at the sole discretion of ULI.

If you see or experience harassment and you want to report the behavior, please report the behavior to the onsite registration desk immediately.

Photography
ULI reserves the right to capture and broadcast digital media content in the form of professional photographs, live-streaming, audio, and video during the 2023 Carolinas Meeting. By registering for the meeting, you hereby grant permission to ULI and its representatives to photograph and/or record you during the in-person and virtual events at the 2023 Carolinas Meeting, and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or payment.
