The ULI Carolinas Meeting hotel room block is available now on a first-come, first-serve basis at The Westin Charlotte. The hotel is located in the city’s Uptown district, steps from the Charlotte Convention Center and Bank of America Stadium.

A special ULI Meeting rate is available at $239 per night. Booking is available online HERE or by calling 704-335-2025, requesting the ULI Carolinas Meeting rate. The last day to book a room within the ULI room block is January 31, 2024.
Cancellation/Refund Policy:
If ULI receives your written cancellation and refund request at [email protected].
Note: Spoken requests for refunds will not be accepted; all requests for refunds must be made in writing. Registrations and tickets can be transferred to another member of your organization. If transferred from a ULI member to another ULI member, the member fee will apply. If a registration is transferred from a ULI member to a nonmember, the nonmember fee will apply with the difference paid at the time of the transfer. We cannot apply your registration fees to another ULI event.
Ticketed events will be refunded fully for written requests received by February 14, 2024; afterward, tickets are non-refundable. We cannot apply your registration fees to another ULI event.
