Matt Livingston joined Thrift Capital in 2023 as Partner. Prior to Thrift, Matt was a serial entrepreneur, having co-founded several successful startups in services industries. He brings years of sales, marketing, and operational experience to the Thrift CRES team and has invested in more than $100 million of retail commercial real estate projects throughout the southeastern United States.
