Building on his vast and varied experience—extending the full spectrum of the building process from design to hands-on construction—Toygun has successfully managed several large-scale, mixed-use projects, spanning from Florida to New Jersey, throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He has a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace and coupled with his vast and varied design and construction experience, he is a mentor and inspiration to his team.

He has the ability to develop and maintain a solid, repeat client base through providing excellent service and is adept at establishing a solid rapport with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, building officials, property, facilities managers, leasing agents, and the end-user.
