Meeting Location
The 2026 Carolinas Meeting will take place at the Raleigh Convention Center conveniently located in walkable downtown Raleigh at 500 South Salisbury St, Raleigh, NC 27601. The building sits on South Salisbury Street between West Lenoir Street and West Cabarrus Street.
Parking is available at these parking decks closest the Raleigh Convention Center:

- By February 24, 2026: You will receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee.
- After February 24, 2026: No refund will be given.
Note: Spoken requests for refunds will not be accepted; all requests for refunds must be made in writing. Registrations and tickets can be transferred to another member of your organization. If transferred from a ULI member to another ULI member, the member fee will apply. If a registration is transferred from a ULI member to a nonmember, the nonmember fee will apply with the difference paid at the time of the transfer. We cannot apply your registration fees to another ULI event.
Ticketed events will be refunded fully for written requests received by February 24, 2026; afterward, tickets are non-refundable. We cannot apply your registration fees to another ULI event.
Attendees typically wear business professional to business casual attire. Keep in mind, meeting rooms tend to be cooler.
ULI reserves the right to capture and broadcast digital media content in the form of professional photographs, live-streaming, audio, and video during the 2026 ULI Carolinas Meeting. By registering for the meeting, you hereby grant permission to ULI and its representatives to photograph and/or record you during the in-person and virtual events, and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any further approval or payment.
